Tony Scherb is a man that most people describe as “professional” and not one that looks as if he would have a good sense of humor. He was a Deputy at the El Paso County Sheriff’s Department for 29 years, and finally retired. He decided to break protocol when it came to his retirement, and show off his awesome dance moves at the same time.
After entering an elevator, Deputy Scherb “broke it down” to the song, “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae).” Via a hidden camera, he showed the world just how much he could “whip” and “nae nae” in a hilarious fashion. But that’s not even the best part of the story. When other deputies entered the elevator and saw him dancing, they decided to not only watch the hilarity, but dance it out with him! It was a great way to celebrate 29 years of service from a great man.
Since the elevator video was uploaded to the internet, it has gotten over 3 million shares! People apparently really enjoy watching the police officers that are usually so calm, cool, and collected show their more “wild” side by dancing it out on the elevator, celebrating an old friend.
